CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MACHINE

- Compact fully automatic multifunctional combined machine, integrating filling and capping into single body.

- Monoblock Filling Machine has in-built capping unit that automatically accommodates caps on the bottles and then tighten them down.

- Filling unit is volumetric and machine has a pneumatic drive.

- The volume is easily adjustable due to hand-wheel and numerator.

- Filling valves and nozzles with clamp connections for fast changeovers and easy cleaning of the machine.

- According to individual specifications of the product to be filled, a large variety of interchangeable nozzles with anti-dropping system available.

- Capping unit is designed for capping bottles or jars by plastic flip tops, snap-ons and metal Twist-off lids.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:

-All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 L Stainless Steel, other parts made of AISI 304 Stainless Steel and aluminum

-Operating temperature: +5°/+90° -Filling accuracy: ± 1%

-Viscous and pasty products, chunky products, liquid products. Examples: -Honey, marmalade, paste, ketchup, pomegranate sour, olive paste, olive oil, concentrates, fruit juices, liquid yeast, raw milk, shampoos, hotel kits, mouthwashes, liquid soap, detergents, gels, lubricating oil, anti-freezes, vegetable oil, disinfectants, antibacterial gels, acetone, nail polish, perfumery products, resins, isocyanates etc.
